Shipping Information

We currently ship exclusively within Germany. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Shipping Rates: Our flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout. We strive to keep our rates as low as possible to ensure the best value for our customers.
• Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
• Non-Refundable Items: All personalized items are non-refundable. Please ensure that all customization details are correct before placing your order.
• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Process

If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below to initiate the return process through our store:

1. Log into Your Account: Visit our website and log into your account using your email and password.

2. Go to Your Orders: Navigate to the "My Orders" section to find the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.

3. Select the Item(s) for Return: Click on the order and select the item(s) you want to return. You will be prompted to choose a reason for the return.

4. Request a Return: Submit your return request. You will receive an email confirmation with further instructions.

5. Ship the Item(s) Back: Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, and ship them back to us using a carrier of your choice. The return address will be provided in your return confirmation email.

6. Tracking and Confirmation: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items. Keep the tracking number for your records and as proof of return.

7. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
