• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Process

If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below to initiate the return process through our store:

3. Select the Item(s) for Return: Click on the order and select the item(s) you want to return. You will be prompted to choose a reason for the return.

5. Ship the Item(s) Back: Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, and ship them back to us using a carrier of your choice. The return address will be provided in your return confirmation email.

6. Tracking and Confirmation: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items. Keep the tracking number for your records and as proof of return.

7. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
